Talisker is a classic Scottish single malt whiskey, coming from the Talisker distillery in Carbost on the Isle of Skye. This is a strong, smokey whiskey. It smells like wood, pepper, with a hint of chocolate. The taste surprises you with both sweet tones covered in a touch of smoke and toffee. Delicious for cosy winternights.
Talisker 10 year old hot serve. This recipe used is from the Dutch foodies magazine of december 2019. However, there are plenty of versions available online.

Put the remaining milk in the milk foamer. Then put the marshmellows on the spikes.
Grab the glasses and first pour in the warm chocolate milk. Add the foamed milk and toss a little coco powder on top.
Put the marshmellow spikes straight up in the glasses. Use the torch to caramalize them and your drink is done.
